Check out my brother in law’s new website. It is at www.bluewatercarpentry.com.

He’s a great custom home builder, remodeler, addition putter onner,
etc. Check it out.

Stayed at the Villa all day. Fun at the pool and tiki bar.

Still managed to spank my dad in ping pong. Booya.

Ate the spoils of a quick grocery store trip. So far a great trip.
We’ve lost a few things along the way, but still the kids keep finding
their way back! :)

At the Magic Kingdom today. More on that later.

Epcot was no match for the Salamango family. We walked our tails off!
Good thing too because with all we ate, we needed the exercise!

Tomorrow, we’ll be spending some quality time at the pool. Oh, by the
way, did I mention the Tiki bar?!

Kids are dog tired as we ride back on a shuttle. Parents are just as wiped out.

Highlight for me was the fireworks and the “Talk to Crush” show.

Germany had the best beer.

Italy had ok food albeit expensive. I’ll take any of the Italian
restaurants back home any day.

Well…many pictures to follow. Peace out from Orlando.

I know it has seemed like a long time coming, but the primary writing
for the new (well, first) Graphic Calm CD is done!

I’m we’re giving the tracks to my dear friend Dan McCann tomorrow, and
hopefully we will be starting the recording process in 2 weeks. I’m
totally stoked!!! I listened to all 12 tracks in a row today and I’m
extremely proud of the tunes. With Dan, we’re going to kick it up a
notch!

Stay tuned for videos and commentaries on the recording process…

As always Dream Theater brought it Monday.  Honestly I hadn’t been a fan of Train of Thought and Octavarium.  Sure there were some highlights in there, but overall I didn’t think the offering was as strong as the others in their catalog.

Love the new CD though and the show contained elements of Dream Theater past and present.  Very cool.

The opening bands were also very cool.  I dug that DT brought a couple prog bands with them.  Of course they have a history of bringing cool bands, they had the Dregs one tour and Spock’s Beard another…two of my current favs.

Anyway, the show was great…glad I made it out.

Well, a spur of the moment need to see Dream Theater just overcame me so I bought a ticket to the show tonight.  They’re playing with Redemption and Into Eternity.

Two bands I don’t know much about.  Listening to Into Eternity right now…not bad…in fact, they have a cool sound.

I’ll throw up a critique of the show tomorrow.

Rock on!

Well another year is here and the bestest of buds are present in
Pigeon, Mi for a weekend of tomfoolery. Just got here and am getting
into the mood with tonight’s beverage of choice…7 and 7.

My boy Terry is hanging with me. Later we will bury each other on the
beach. More to come.

Peace.
